3 Year Warranty
We stand behind each and every one of our Drag Bag products and offer a 3 year warranty on any defects in materials and workmanship. Standard wear and tear is not covered under this policy. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, return the unused item in its original condition and with original packing, for a full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Don’t forget to send us your card or bank details for refund.

If you have made a mistake in your ordering we will be happy to exchange your product, in it’s original packing and condition with receipt, less the difference of the products and shipping costs.

Please do not forget to return your item within the 14 day money back guarantee/exchange period.

How to Return an Item
Please return your unused product in it's original condition and packing. Let us know why you are returning the product, when it was purchased and how you would like a refund. It is very important that you give us your personal and bank details so please do not forget.

If you included an email address with your return, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account credited. Your refund or exchange should be processed within a reasonable amount of time, but please give us a bit of leeway to cope with banking and postal time frames.

Delivery policy

All orders are sent through Direct Freight Express. Once your order is received it will take 24 hours for the bank to process your charge. As soon as this is cleared we will send your purchase on the same or next working day. If your order is received the day before a public holiday it will again need to be processed by the bank and we will post to you on the same or following working day. All goods can be traced in order to guarantee the goods get to you and all goods will need to be signed for at the address you have provided for us.

NB We are unable to post goods to a PO BOX destination so please ensure to mark your street delivery address. Delivery time is between 1 - 4 days depending on where you are situated.
